A rift in Chaos activates a young boy's Chaos Memory and gives him the ability to use the Chaos Form. Without truly understanding why, he takes up the name X and the powers of the Chaos Form, and begins to try to uncover the origins of this power. But, what awaits him is battle on a scope that he could never imagine.
